Face to Face Meeting -

This is an incredibly important day for you, and I feel it's extremely important for us to get to know each other before hand. The most important part of this is for you to feel comfortable with me, I want to be someone you're going to trust and enjoy having there with you. I want to help you feel supported, at ease, and comfortable with the camera. All of this makes for a far better experience and a far better film. You'll get a feel for my easy going personality and I'll get a feel for what makes you guys so special, what your dynamic is, and what makes your love unique. I'll have all of that to help influence the way I shoot on the day, and I'll take all of it with me into the edit room. I want to put YOUR love into the film.

Full agreement on all details -

Your film, your way. I want this to be EXACTLY what you're after. That means the style of the edit, the style of the filmmaking - you can be vague or specific, you can leave it up to me, but it's all your choice. We'll talk about how you'd like me to be on the day, a fly on the wall or intimately getting every close up emotion and everything in-between. We'll also talk about the schedule, when everything happens and how we can seamlessly do necessary things like get microphones where they need to be. We'll discuss locations, where everything is happening, where we're going for the beauty shoots with the photographer. Essentially, everything. The shooting process is going to be smooth, seamless and relaxed.

Simply as it suggests, you can email me with any questions and queries, any changes to the schedule, updates of the locations etc... all the way through the build up to your big day.

A Full Days Filming-

​

A full days filming starts when the Bride and Groom start getting ready and finishes a few songs into the party. I'll capture everything that happens between those times, the full bridal prep, groom prep, arrival at the church, the ceremony (if included in your package), the confetti archway out of the church, the canapes, food and drink, beauty shoots with the bride, groom and photographer, the speeches (if included in your package), the cutting of the cake, the first dance, and finally the party. I find I only need to capture about 3-5 songs after the first dance to get more than enough footage to properly encapsulate the vibe, but you can request that I stay longer.

A Love Letter Recording-

​

A beautiful touch to your film, I would highly recommend doing this although it is of course optional. Both the Bride and Groom write a short Love Letter to each other (Approx. 1 minute of reading length). Then, on the day during the preparations, we'll take a short minute to go into a quite room where we'll film you reading your Love Letter. This recording will then be used in your film, and you'll each hear it for the first time when you first see your film. It's a beautiful surprise to each other and extends the magical mystery to beyond your Wedding Day.

3-5 Minute Highlight Film

 

A stunningly unique, and beautiful montage that captures all of the emotional peaks of your wedding day. A 3-5 minute Film that perfectly encapsulates the absolute best parts of your day, filled to the brim with energy and emotion.

10-15 Minute Story Film

​

A finessed story, a symphony of the vivid details, atmosphere, and emotions. You work so hard to make everything little thing perfect on your Wedding Day, the amount of detail is unbelievable, the 10-15 minute Film allows enough time for us to show more of the guests, the decoration, the detail, the atmosphere and essence of the day.

30-60 Minute Feature Film

​

A truly, all encompassing feature film. Filled to the brim with visceral emotions, authentic atmosphere, a true time capsule of the entire journey that is your Wedding day. This film combines all the passion and energy of the highlight film with all the attention to detail in the Story Film and adds to it a full, multi camera ceremony sequence as well as an intensely emotional speeches sequence. The entire journey, from start to finish, in one Film.

One Minute Social Media Film

​

A chance for all your friends who couldn't be there on the day to see a beautiful highlight reel of the amazing day. Compatible with all platforms, you can have this in a square format or widescreen as with your other films. If you want a Tiktok, we can talk.

Amendments

​

In the very unlikely event that anything in the film is not to your liking, perhaps a friend you're not as close with anymore is featured, you're welcome to ask me to make any changes. This is a bespoke film, it's got to be exactly what you want.

Options to adapt and customise.

​

There are a few additions that can be made which are available upon request, for example: A particularly early start, a particularly late finish, extra social media edits, a longer film duration, a shorter time before you receive your film, a tiktok montage or on the day recording etc... Anything you can think of, you're welcome to ask for. Customisations may be subject to package price changes, agreed upon beforehand.
